Now that tests are available, they will not test these two patients, because if they are proved positive, all hell will break loose because all of the staff will have to be tested since they were not properly protected, just gowns, gloves and masks and many may test positive and then they will be understaffed.

yes, but oh they are throwing out "elective" surgeries scheduled for this time.

Shouldn't they come back in since they can't spread it to or catch it from the supposed upcoming tsunami of patients.

There’s old Patients that don’t have it and if they get it they die. So yeah trying not to spread it. We’re not overrun and actually slow bc all elective stuff has been put off. Just at a waiting point now

That is absolutely terrifying. The staff members that might be positive will be exposing others (inside and outside the hospital) to it.

What kind of leadership wouldn't want to KNOW what they are dealing with so they can handle it? WOW.

I drove 30 minutes to Rome, ga this is NW ga area last night both Floyd medical center and redmond hospital er's were both empty on a Saturday night!! I just looked at redmonds hospital website tonight wait time to see a dr is 4 minutes. Doesnt add up Rome ga was suppose to be a cluster area.

I'm an engineer and work for one of the largest health care providers in the world. We treat patients in many countries. I've been working around thr clock implementing solutions to allow remote work.

We've shutdown all offices not treating patients.

We've already determined the patients we treat have a 30% fatality rate if infected. This wasn't based on the WHO, CDC, or news reports. We're expecting lots of deaths.

I won't share my personal opinions on the matter but this is what we're dealing with. Unfortunately a large number of people think this is a hoax/"common flu". But our patients, who do have preexisting conditions, survive the "common flu" each year. They're not surviving this.
