Bi-lateral Pneumonia, especially this type is NOT the Flu.

Not to mention the long term damage done to the Alveoli of the people who do survive.

I was a CDC confirmed H1N1 case, w/bi-lateral Pneumonia, and I will take that any day over this.

I know in my county their coming in from out of state. WE had none before they went looking to drag their ass into Florida.

I know of 2 alive that are still out of country but added to the list.

My wife is taking care of 2 cv patients 1 is 83 and 1 is 50 both already had lung problems. Last week she took care of a 86 year old cv patient that passed away and they have 8 pending. The hospital are not allowing visitors right now. South Carolina

Merkel’s physician just tested positive. She’s now quarantined because she got the KungFlu vaccine shot from him. Weird...he was carrying it while giving her the vaccine. Did he not vaccinate. Are the citizens vaccinating.

Im not in the medical field but in the county I live in there have been 2 cases at the hospital closest to me. Only 2 cases in the county, for now.

A couple things.

We are in the midst of covid-19 not at the end with total stats. In Italy one of the reasons they got where they are was the 'it's just the flu' attitude that spread both misinformation and virus unnecessarily, plus it gave false security to many. Politicians didn't help be being seen out in public having drinks.

NY now has more cases than France or South Korea - and half of US cases.
This might be because their squeaky wheel need got the most testing to date - perhaps much, much more.

If so wow....when other places like LA ramp testing, the numbers could go through the roof. Gov Cuomo said recently that 40 to 80% of NYer's will become infected. Is that because the gov't was slow to act??

In France every night there is loud audible cheering, clapping happening for their health workers because they know they are ALL in it together...in contrast to China's night screams.

My son is a Dr. in Seattle. He is at a private practice not a hospital. He has not seen any COVID-19 cases. In fact he is seeing very few patients. No one is going to the Dr.

I don't work in a hospital but I do work in a lab and I can say that there is so many samples coming in, thousands...So much that all other departments are hurting because manpower is being redirected to sort and process COVID-19 samples. They are even inviting employees from other departments to come help with the sorting and processing of COVID-19 samples.

I know, but I feel this is what is happening all over the world.

That is really scary. I hope there is no chance of getting it from the samples.

To go a little further in late December the world knew China was in trouble and it likely wouldn't be contained. Almost 3 months later and we are scrambling for supplies. DeBlasio estimates they have about 2 weeks worth of supplies in NYC.

Many tested in my town. In Ohio. All flu, no Chinese virus. None. Zilch. Nada.

I am at Chicago Rush. The e r parking lot is empty. However they are well prepared. I went in for chest pain. Everyone is in haz Mat. They talk to
You from 20 feet away. There are chairs set up but no one in them. To me it looks like they are ready for masses. I love this hospital.

I am not COVID. But the guy behind me had fever to 102. I covered my head with my jacket when I heard that.

Everyone here is taking a risk. The staff here knows the risk and each employee is phenomenal.

I hate to think about next week. You do feel the apprehension they feel. Nobody says COVID. They all say current events instead.

They deserve so much love and respect.

Actually it makes no sense at all and anyone who buys into this fantasy of being rescued by white hats is one of the dumbest humans ever to walk the earth.

They are not letting people in the ER here!
You call your doctor. They say go online and fill out papers that ask if you traveled or have been near a CONFIRMED case. Then they send you home with no test, with pneumonia. ANd diabetes.
No one ever knows you are sick.

What a damn mess. All our people need PPE, including grocery, first responders, uber, restaurant. Idiocracy.
