No country was prepared for this virus. This is a wake up call for our complacency in relying on our technology and medicines to protect us.We were warned multiply times about the next pandemic being a case of it will happen at some point. But like the story of the boy who cried wolf it was eventually being ignored. Over the years viruses and bacteria's are and have started to become immune to our current medical methods and understanding so it was only a matter of time before the next virus or bacteria outwits us. The world hopes that we will find a some type of cure very soon and that it does not mutate before a vaccine becomes no longer of use and having to start a new for a cure. We have to all help to play a major part in not spreading the virus, otherwise we will become the problem and make the situation worse for ourselves and everyone else.
