I imagine this is terror enough for the STRONG adrenochrome to be "produced" and drained. They feed on fear literally... the adrenaline created by fear and terror. Kinda two birds with one stone for them, organs harvested and high level adrenochrome drained mand collected. Quite efficient really. Pity we went and shit on their parade. Now what will they do?
