Federal Reserve just pledged asset purchases with NO LIMIT
NO LIMIT folks! Woot. Woot. The print to Infinity has begun!!!

"The Fed will be moving for the first time into corporate bonds, purchasing the investment-grade securities in primary and secondary markets and through exchange-traded funds.

...

That represents a potentially new chapter in the Fed’s “money printing” as it commits to keep expanding its balance sheet as necessary, rather than a commitment to a set amount.

The Fed also will be moving for the first time into corporate bonds, purchasing the investment-grade securities in primary and secondary markets and through exchange-traded funds. The move comes in a space that has seen considerable turmoil since the crisis has intensified and market liquidity has been sapped.

...

“We are now in QE infinity, again,” Peter Boockvar, chief investment officer at Bleakley Advisory Group, said in a note.

They can just print everyone $100,000 each, that should help.

Remember, they also removed the fed reserve ratio. No they didn’t raise it, they REMOVED IT. Now commercial banks can lend as much as they like regardless of deposits.

They did, but the market STILL is slamming lower, now down -524. The 10 year treasury yield is still sliding, now down -22% today. Neither should happen when you write a blank check.

Also, gold and silver are up, but not as much as one would expect.

the spot prices no longer matter.

real gold and silver are selling at much higher prices on Ebay, you can't order for spot from Kitco because they have no inventory.

Ebay price for 1 American silver eagle is $29-30/oz.
Ebay price for 1 Krugerrand is $1700/oz.

I heard that this morning on the radio, don't see how something that can be printed indefinitely and spent with no limit by the very institution that prints it can be worth anything.
