Well I have been reading the bill and it looks good for the people whom have lost work over this bullshit. Rents and mortgages will be protected meaning You can't get evicted or foreclosed due to losing work over this quarantine. You will be allowed a 120 days grace period after the quarantine has been lifted to start paying back the missed notes and rent. Also utility companies can not shut off Your service for non payment and they will have to wait in line like the rest of the bill collectors. So don't freak out because once that bill is passed You will get some funny money and Your bills will be paid.
