Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78617574 They dont want to pump the markets yet. Buying 10000 or well below 10k is so much better. Did you underestimate the greed here? |

Major Doom
User ID: 76715874 United States 03/23/2020 02:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yeah, in early February I was worried about the goods supply chain disruption, but it looks like the credit freeze and food crisis will hit first. On top of that, you have to take in consideration the nationwide crop failures in 2019. We will feel the effects this year. And, on top of that, the CoVid event is having a serious impact on farmers and ranchers. This will compound the food shortages in the future, like late 2020 into 2021. DOOM is what you make of it. |

User ID: 71205112 United States 03/23/2020 02:42 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Americans can't keep waiting. My daughter, a student that goes to school that I mainly support (rent) got furloughed from her job today. But she keeps excellent grades and works her ass off for her every day expenses. Yes she can get unemployment. My part time job closed temporarily. No making that up with unemployment as I have a full time job. I've got rents due on the first and other bills. I'm not sitting here whining because many others are worse off than I. I bust my ass working two jobs and raised my daughter as a single parent. Never once have I looked to the government to support me or my child. This is different. This virus is destroying every hard working American. Many smaller businesses I know are trying all they can to help their employees and time's running out for them as well. Screw these politicians who are more interested in lining their own pockets and sucking up to large corporations that play with money on paper. Do the right thing for once and take care of the American people when there is such a large need for it right now. I am remembering all of this come election day. Every last fucking bit. |

Every last fucking bit. americans are waiting because corrupt republicans want money to go to big corporations instead of families the politicians want to use this crisis to just vie money to big business, same as the bailouts in 2008 how many middle class families got a baliout in 2008? Oh right none, instead many lost their life savings and homes while big business got billions |

I think we're going to be hit with everything all at once. If there is a credit freeze, stock market collapse, etc.....what is your opinion on the banks holding up? All I'm hearing is how the government wants to protect the credit bubble. What about those with actual capital? First tell the truth, then give your opinion.... |

I simply wont vote anymore as this has been beyond words. Dems and Republicans are all one and the same. |

Normally investors flock to them in the event of the dow tanking. Not anymore!! This is not the normal situation. There is no 'stimulous' that will work. They can hand out money, give free loans, etc. Won't help this economy. This should be frames as a rescue or stability bill, because the economy or markets aren't gonna budge. When people can't buy food, they get hungry, then starving. A starving mom or dad will go to extremes to feed their children. The gov't needs to feed the ones that will steal and riot. Buckle up. Guess thats another good deal for us. Rich get richer and the country gets screwed. Have a look. |

I think they could control it in normal times, but now? They are dumping unlimited funds at the banks, so they probably will survive, but I worry they are going to print us right into hyperinflation. The bill will direct money to small businesses, of which I am one. Fortunately, I am considered critical infrastructure. But there are millions of small companies with only a few employees that can't make it two weeks without cash flow and not enough credit to have a line to float a few weeks of expenses. THEY NEED the help!!! That can help keep the families breadwinners bringing home a paycheck. Adversity is inevitable, misery is optional. Do or do not. There is no try. User ID: 32817130 United States 03/23/2020 02:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Someone said divide it all up. The word divide is used by both political parties to do just that. They divide the nation and none of us count in their eyes. Biden,Trump,Clinton and all of them dont care about you. The only way this ever works is when Americans work and bond together. Political parties are designed to keep us apart and not see that they are all one. America will never wake up and a few more years of this it will be gone as we know it. Sad. |
