Yes, and HIV infection (a/k/a AIDS) will reach 100% of the population if you test a group of AIDS patients and use any upward trend from 25% positive to 50% positive because you finally got test results back from over half the patients tested.
If you want to follow statistics like these, you're gonna be the suckers for, and then the shills for the agenda being pushed by the cherry-picked numbers.
