Those days will ends soon. We are seeing ~20% of those infected and confirmed working in healthcare. A lot of those recover but italy has been over capacity since roughly the 10th of march and is the first to get there. Their death rate went from 5% of infected to 10% of infected since then and we've been helping them out where possible. The past two days they went from a spread 14% to 8% daily. That's good but they aren't dismissing 8% of cases. They have been social distancing for a while now, at roughly the 7-10 days we expect people to reach critical symptoms.
