How can we start a petition against Nancy Pelosi's 1200 page Corona bill?

I know the Republican bill for Corona virus relief is not perfect; but, this political maneuvering that Nancy Pelosi is doing is disgusting.

The Democratics are holding up everything so they can get a wish list including things like solar panels and funds for items that have nothing to do with Corona Virus and relief.

In the meantime, they are holding up help for people, workers, small businesses, etc. This is horrible!

It makes me sick. I was always trying to understand both sides of things, but this thing Nancy is doing is beyond belief.
How can we start a petition to sign?

OR
How can we stand up for the Republican bill so that we can all get some relief quickly? There has got to be some way to let our voices be heard--THIS WEEK!
