Chloroquine Phosphate not the same as Hydroxychloroquine.. nor is the chloroquine phosphate the medication the same as the fish cleaner cloroquine phosphate.. another user posted in this thread the fish tank cleaner.. look at that.. the way it's formulated is completely different.. just look at the chemical symbol images for both.. NOT the same.
