I have two houses which according to Zillow estmates
rose 12.4% and 8% THIS MONTH.

i've seen two previous real estates bubbles, 1987-1990
and 2005-2008 and the highest monthly increase I saw
was 3%.

There has been hyperinflation, people are just looking at the wrong places. The hyperinflation of the past 20-40 years has occurred in the stock market, bond market and real estate. This is a 100 year chart of the DOW industrials. That little blip on the left side was the crash of 1929.

The right side has gone hyperbolic, that's essentially hyperinflation. As it goes asymptotic it has to break down eventually or you have infinite growth in no time, delta time.

So assets will completely crash because that the only thing they can do. This is mathematics you can't have a vertical growth curve, it's mathematically impossible. That means the inflation, then hyperinflation will flow into the cost of living. They avoided that printing money for 40 years by blowing that monster bubble in stocks and inflating asset prices.

So assets will crash, and real things will hyperinflate, hyper-stagflation until we get a real reset (not a fake Davos/WEF reset) and things will start over again.

So they're solution will be central bank digital currencies they control coupled with a social credit system and probably some kind of medical tyranny (vaccines) and can print electronic currency even cheaper than the fiat system 'money'.

Anybody and everybody who is ‘in control’ of economic policy when something like should be hanged in the public squares. All of them. I don’t care who they are. If they act like that then they should be scrubbed from the gene pool. Them and their children who they raise to do the same to people in the future, all of them should go. Sounds harsh but their ways inevitably lead to woe and pain for everyone except them. There is no room for this kind of insane behavior.

And yet we all just play along. We see how they roll and we let them roll right over us. Right over us. Slavery in any form should not be tolerated. All of the so called elite should be removed from the gene pool. They serve themselves at everyone else’s expense. They do very real catastrophic damage. They keep the pressure on and never let up.
