You are so right in your statement that we have been COMPLETELY DUPED.

There is reason for great concern, OP, but perhaps in a different way from what you represent here. Regarding software to track: like all technology, it is not the technology itself which is decisive, but the intent behind those who introduce it. It can be used for good of evil, and that depends on the present level of spirituality on this planet. Pretty low at the moment, but incoming gamma rays are forcing evil to expose itself, and are enhancing/upgrading everything which is on the "positive" side. So what if there are programs to track diseases, if everyone is eternal well-intentioned? This is what we need to move towards - everyone self-reflecting, and asking themselves how they can improve their behaviour and the (deplorable) situation on earth. The standstill of businesses and personal social life is DELIBERATE in oder to encourage this level of self-reflection. Forced isolation also forces us to recognize priorities, set goals, realize what we are addicted to, etc. A period of NO INTERNET will strengthen this even more. This is a time when we are offered the chance to SPIRITUALLY RENEW OURSLVES. And if we don't, the alternative is self-destruction.

Universal income is only a temporary solution. NO MOEY SYSTEM AT ALL is the best solution. This is possible if everyone contributes a number of hours daily to the running of society, and if no one takes any more than they need. Again, there needs to be a considerable rise in the level of our spirituality for this to function.
