There is much benefit in working from home. It’s a staple in Taiwanese food. My MIL would peel off the skin and boil chopped cubes and add a little bit of salt and a ginger slice and serve it as a soup. My 3 and 4 yr olds love the “Gua Gua soup”, they like to pour the soup over white rice or you can add noodles to the soup.
