NY shouldn't have a huge hunger problem. Squab is tasty and on most higher end diner menus.

For those that don't know, squab is pigeon.

get a box, string and stick. Tie the string to the stick. bait the box with crumbs or seed and watch and wait. When they go under the box to chow down you yank the string.

I thought NY had thousands of pigeons.
