Costco has Kirkland Signature Organic Almond Beverage, Vanilla, 32 fl oz, 6-count, $8.49. I bought six cases, will buy more when I gets muh stimulus check. Two years shelf life. Regular dairy products may not make it to your store soon when this pandemic goes hockey stick on the graph. I also bought several quarts of organic coconut non-dairy coffee creamer.

Did you know you can freeze fresh eggs? Here's how: crack six eggs (it's a handy amount to thaw) into a bowl, scramble, pour into one gallon ziplock baggie, repeat a bunch of times, place flat in freezer with date written on baggie. The flat shape allows for easy thawing. You must scramble them; whole eggs don't work. Works great for making bacon and eggs, omelets, to use in cakes. Great cheap protein. Two eggs has 12 grams protein.

I have a really hard time keeping chocolate in the house; it calls to me all day long. For my preps, I bought Cocoa powder. I can use it to make a chocolate pudding but it's just impossible to snack on on an impulse. Too much effort so it will only get used in times of desperation.
