12 hours into our Lockdown.

Very quiet at the moment in the area where I live in....not unusual during a holiday period but this is no holiday......still able to move about to go to the supermarket; pharmacy; a walk; or for "essential" work reasons.....but are being told by our government to be prepared to be questioned by the police as to where you may be going and for what purpose. Took my Son to his "essential" work job at 3.30 am this morning(NZDT). Things were quiet then, traffic wise, but no sign of any police on the roads where I was. I am also in an "essential" trades business sector but have not been required to work yet since the Lockdown took effect but when required I will service my customers for "essential" jobs only.

Life normal??.....hard to respond to that question truthfully yet but I suppose I will find out soon enough because after 4 weeks of so called Lockdown this shit could get old pretty fast.....especially if the government turns this "lockdown" into anything longer than the proposed 4 week period"
