Re: Is anyones life normal right now?
I live in Hudson Yards. I left the city a week ago, after the majority of the people in my luxury high rise did, and rented a house on Long Island. Stuff is more normal out here. But it's starting to get depressing. The city was really eerie when I left. I last went to work two weeks ago, and the last day on the subway there was no one in the Times Square subway staton on the morning commute, Times Square in general was empty... The next day was when people went crazy and the grocery stores sold out of food and people started leaving in droves and it got really quiet. I mostly left because I live very high up and didn't want to be stuck in my apartment indefinitely + I'm concerned about looting if it gets to a point where the doormen don't come to work. From my friends who stayed in the city, I've heard it's insanely quiet, that the grocery stores are price gouging and that theres been an uptick in muggings in what's typically a very quiet section of the city. They're also turning the Javitz Center into a hospital, so I'm doubly happy I left due to it's proximity to where I live, and the fact that over by Bellvue (which is in a fairly nice section of the city) they're making morgues in the street, i'm sure they'll do the same w/ Javitz. This $1200 stimulus package is a fucking joke, that pays about 1/4th of my monthly rent, not to mention I've spent far more than that on just buying food or the fact that the weekend prior to all of this I spent $130 on my month unlimited subway card for work. $1200 isn't covering anyones rent or expenses in New York City, even people who live with roommates in places like Harlem or meh parts of Brooklyn pay around $1000 per month to rent a room. Most people, unless they work walking distance from where they live, have to get the asfore-mentioned $130per month metro cards, food's expensive (to eat 1 meal per day cooking yourself, in nyc will still run you $80 or more per week in groceries)... IDK how anyone is going to bounce back from this financially. I'm so angry that they haven't frozen rent. I have storage units for my side business that I can't access to make shipments but still have to pay $300 per month in rent on come april 1st + my $4000+ rent on my apartment, etc with no ability to work or obtain an income.
Most people in NYC especially younger people live pay check to pay check... And even friends of mine who had money saved up, lost it all in the market crash. redface

IDK. I'm thinking not. People in New York if they are woke and they can are getting the fuck out. Same with California.

This is not a Democrat/Republican thing. This is what this fear agenda has set in motion.

Your freedom to move about freely has been seriously compromised and it may likely get worse.

This is beyond food and toilet paper. There is a feeling of dread that looms over the collective.

"Normal"? What the heck is that??? Haven't felt things/life was normal since I got out of the service and that prior belief was shattered thanks to two tours of Viet Nam... No, life is not normal... The real horror is that folks think because they are gonna get some money and the bankers can keep pumping fake money into the market that life will get back to "normal" and everyone will be happy, peppy and bursting with joy... Nope, that ship has sailed.

What is going to happen to those, literally millions of folks who can't get to work because their restaurant, theme park, office, bank whatever has closed its doors? Anyone who thinks $1200 bucks is going to see you through the hell that is unfolding hour by hour is more than delusional... Like Gerald Celente says, "When they have nothing left to lose, they lose it." At that point the brown stuff will truly hit the rotating blades... hope not but then again, "Hope" is not a good long term approach....

Re: Is anyones life normal right now?
No.

Things going south.

So might as well live in the now and
forget about worrying.

:)

3 people dead in Finland by now...

and logic dictates that the virus has had at least 4, if
not 5 months already to do exactly what it wants, quite
freely, among all 5 000 000 of us

- and the whole country is shut down.

blink

I'm not saying that the virus does not exist.
Not sure that matters at bloody all.
(Except for the ones taking ill, if real.
Best wishes of hasty recovery hf )

I'm saying that it is in-your-face obvious, that something
way, way bigger than the disease itself is going on.

And I'm a bit ashamed, of what miserable pussies and bloody
push-over virtue signalers my once proud Finnish nation has
become. Accepting fucking anything, because Big Sister of
the NWO FinnSoc says so.

That is the real dread I might feel.
They will accept anything.

And no-one reflects over what it all means and what the new
normal will be. Not 1 fellow Finn.

I think we might be the most gullible (and well-meaning,
sigh) folk on the face of the Earth. A trait being taken
foul advantage of to the extreme.

Sorry for long rant on your thread...seems I can't help
myself.

peace

I’m a nurse so yes i goto work I goto Store I go home . Luckily I love my job and I choose it for this very reason . That I would not be effected by economics anymore I traded stability for the crazy income swings in sales .. feast or famine became a steady life .. it’s not for everyone but it worked for me .. we are the last to lose our jobs in a downturn .

Re: Is anyones life normal right now?
I get up. Make breakfasts and lunches. Get them out the door. Feed the dogs. Get them out the door. Clean the kitchen. Get dressed. Make the bed. Clean the bathroom. Take care of trash. Make my phone calls. Plan supper and lunches. Take myself and the dogs for a walk. Do whatever needs doing. Housework, laundry yard, shopping etc, start supper. Watch the birds and drink coffee and smoke cigs for a bit. Talk family. Clean returned things. Finish and eat supper with family. Feed the dogs. Clean up dinner. Take a shower. Sit in my chair and read or something until bed. Repeat.
Same as it ever was.
Except now I have a grocery order instead of a trip in and a really good excuse to not have to visit other people once a week or say for the millionth time that I'm sorry but I do NOT want to attend some overpriced event, or go to an overpriced bourgeois restaurant.

I'm a Canadian postal worker so for me it's ''business as usual''...

But it's so eerie to go to work in a city of 500 000 and see 1 or 2 cars in the morning.

Still doing fine tho. Prepped and ready for whatever may come.

oh god.. i forgot about that...just one more thing we have to fucking worry about in New York and I think New Jersey is doing it as well. One of the few non-clothing items i brought with me from the city was a baseball bat, but like honestly (and i'm typically against firearms) I wish I had/knew how to shoot a gun.
This whole thing is madness.. And I read an article that the nurses at Mount Sinai at Lincoln Center (the hospital I usually go to), were wearing TRASHBAGS and one of the nurses died!!!! New York City is the most expensive place to live in whats supposed to be the richest first world nation, our own presidents home fucking town, and medical staff are wearing trashbags!!! WTF.. I'm not terribly shocked though, I got misdiagnosed at that hospital in 2018, they told me my fever was caused by the flu, and I clearly didn't have the flu as I never got sick other than a fever, i later figured out on my own from looking up symptoms that I had mild hypothermia from waiting outside of a nightclub improperly dressed the evening before.

Sam Mugzzi reported the lockdown is to keep people safe in their homes. Trump has cut off the Reptilians (that live underground) food supply (children). Now they are afraid they will come to the surface looking for food. Some of the underground entrances are in National Parks. That's why some National Parks are completely closed to the public. The virus is just a cover to remove the deep state including dangerous aliens.

Alex Collier said years ago that if we cut the reptilian food supply we would have a reptilian problem on the surface. He said children and people are kidnapped to be used as food for the reptillians that reside in underground tunnels/bases.

Don’t think anyone’s life is really normal persay. My three year olds been home and he has been truly amazing he loves his Montessori but shows a level of maturity and understanding of the situation. My wife is a doctor and has to work more now. I have to watch him while deal with my clients mostly over the phone, and my son just stays around quietly playing with his toys and whispers when he needs some thing. Really appreciating what a fine and sensible kid he is, he shows curiosity and empathy about what’s been going around and not been asking to go to his favorite spots. My wife who is seven months pregnant usually comes home around 6 and relieves me of child duty so I can work for another hour while she plays with him and we all turn in around 8 after dinner
