Sam Mugzzi reported the lockdown is to keep people safe in their homes. Trump has cut off the Reptilians (that live underground) food supply (children). Now they are afraid they will come to the surface looking for food. Some of the underground entrances are in National Parks. That's why some National Parks are completely closed to the public. The virus is just a cover to remove the deep state including dangerous aliens.

Alex Collier said years ago that if we cut the reptilian food supply we would have a reptilian problem on the surface. He said children and people are kidnapped to be used as food for the reptillians that reside in underground tunnels/bases.
