Not to be rude(absolutely no offense intended) but you need to ask yourself if what you're reading, in response, is "making light"(certainly some are) or just people being brutally honest, in a way that challenges your own perspective.

This sort of stress(real or imagined) can bring the best &/or worst out of people. Being as blunt as possible...I've talked to or overheard/read every response from "I don't need any help, I can take care of mine.", to "Fuck it, I'll just take what I need.", to "I have a p*ssy, that means I'll always have food & a place to stay.".
