So funny, after reading your reply it brought back to mind one of my husband's work buds. guy in his 20's started dating a 38 yr old mom of 3. We stopped by her house one early morning and she was making coffee but at the breakfast table was her kids and the guy all eating bowls of cereal, like he was the 4th kid! We had a hard time controlling our laughter that day. He actually sat in a lower chair. elbow to elbow like just another off spring of hers. :)
