Here is a timeline of what Donald Trump has had to say about controlling the COVID-19 pandemic
Jan. 22 – “No. Not at all. And we have it totally under control.”

Jan. 24 – “It will all work out well.”

Jan. 30 – “We have it very well under control. We have very little problem in this country at the moment – five. And those people are all recuperating successfully.”

Feb. 10 – “Looks like by April, you know, in theory, when it gets a little warmer, it miraculously goes away.”

Feb. 19 – “I think the numbers are getting progressively better as we go.”

Feb. 20 – “…within a couple of days, is going to be down to close to zero.”

Feb. 22 – “We have it very much under control in this country.”

Feb. 25 – “…the Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus… They tried the impeachment hoax … and this is their new hoax.” (to Sean Hannity)

Feb. 26 – “We’re going down, not up.”

Feb. 27 – “It’s going to disappear. One day like a miracle – it will disappear.”

Feb. 29 – “Everything is really under control.” (The vaccine will be available) “very rapidly.”

March 2 – “It’s very mild.”

March 4 – “…we’re talking about very small numbers in the United States.”

March 6 – (visiting the CDC) “I like this stuff. I really get it. People are surprised I understand it. Every one of these doctors said, ‘How do you know so much about this?’ Maybe I have a natural ability.’ Maybe I should have done that instead of running for president.” Maybe.

March 6: (same availability) “Anybody who wants a test can get a test. That’s the bottom line.”

March 7: “I’m not concerned at all. No, we’ve done a great job with it.”

March 10 – “It will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away.”

March 16 – (asked to rate his own performance) “I’d rate it a ten.”

March 17 – “I felt it was a pandemic long before it was called a pandemic.”

Any further comment would be superfluous.

So we’re you hoping he would lose his cool and freak out? Like HOLY SHOT EVERYBODY ITS BAD WERE ALL GOING TO DIE?

I’ll tell you something you already know. Trumps response isn’t what bothers you. It’s a much deeper issue. If it stems from left or right, you gotta get that fixed.

In war, there is always deception.

Why, why would the president give the complete truth? You really expected that? No, your waiting for him to do something the left doesn’t like, so you can feel like your apart of something more and share the hatred. It’s not even your hatred.

You shills amaze me.

Re: Here is a timeline of what Donald Trump has had to say about controlling the COVID-19 pandemic
Let me be clear. I would expect a president of a country to have more information then every citizen of that country. I would fully expect that president to down play a situation in order to slow mass panic.

Now, let’s really learn something here... the moment the president declared a state of emergency, he had no further effect on the states. At that moment it was up to the individual states to adopt a policy to stop the thread. The president is now an observer.

Does this make sense to you?

Totally

As bad as the virus can be, the virus is only one element to consider and control.

People see what's going on around they world and in their own states. They see the truth. The best or only counter to all of this is confusion, doubt is strongly needed and used in dangerous situations. It's not ideal, but maybe it buys a bit of time.

Feb 7: Just had a long and very good conversation by phone with President Xi of China. He is strong, sharp and powerfully focused on leading the counterattack on the Coronavirus. He feels they are doing very well, even building hospitals in a matter of only days. Nothing is easy, but he will be successful, especially as the weather starts to warm & the virus hopefully becomes weaker, and then gone. Great discipline is taking place in China, as President Xi strongly leads what will be a very successful operation. We are working closely with China to help!"

The coronavirus is not Donald Trump's fault, but his inept response is.

He ignored the warnings for months, downplayed the threat it posed, and failed to take the action needed to combat the outbreak. Look at the list above with his statements all the way back.

It's one of the greatest failures of presidential leadership in our history.

Coronavirus update, 5/1, 8:30pm ET

-65,753 confirmed deaths
-1,131,030 confirmed #COVID19 cases
-Case Fatality Rate (CFR) 5.8%
-71% discharged / 29% deaths
-New Cases: 36,007 (2nd highest)
-Day 61
-American Deaths in Vietnam: 58,220 (1955 - 1975)

New cases of COVID-19 are the second highest and the day isn't over. These numbers will be REALLY bad, as if they're not bad enough already.

I think the Brits conned the rest of the world to demonise China.

They started recruitment of Hong Kong protesters to cause chaos in HK.

Now they are using this biowarfare attack on China for their own ends.
