I live in a rural county with only 4 positive diagnoses. We have stayed home mostly but about once a week I have gone into a Publix or CVS. Mask, thinsulate neck gaitor, wraparound shooting bifocal shooting glasses and disposable plastic gloves. The glasses are most important because I live in the South where the pollen is awful and if any "bad' thing gets in it will probably come from me rubbing my eyes.

After I pay for my items, the mask and gloves get thrown away and the gaitor and glasses get washed/sterilized.

Will it save me? Who knows. But I doubt it's just floating in the air where I live now and I am protected from someone coughing on me.
