Each time I've gone out to shop Iv'e had to fight off something for about 5 days after. A bit of a cough, swollen throat, occasional sneeze and fluctuations in body temperature. Vitamin and minerals (zinc), extra vitamin C and a couple of doses a day of my Master Tonic seems to take care of it.

I need to make more Master Tonic but can't find horseradish anywhere...I guess everybody bought that too!
