It might seem morally wrong but is there a law against hoarding TP Etc?

A few weeks ago buying a warehouse full of toilet paper and reselling it would surely have been normal business. yes if you bought it from a toilet paper factory. stripping supermarkets and selling it on the black market or overseas is not normal business. seems unlikely to be illegal though. maybe they are right now passing a law saying that people are only allowed to have five rolls of toilet paper each? then the cops just have to count up to six to tell who the criminals are! it shows how terrible the world economy is. one country gets a virus and the whole world shuts down. then all the other countries get the virus too.
