.. and making butter is easy. LJS, I have not started milking my two Jerseys yet. They both have calves. Gotta separate the calves or eat them. I will have to figure out how to make butter and cheese. I saved the stomachs from calves I slaughtered to make rennet. Still learning new things at 70. This farming is hard work! My old body hurts all over, but we are getting some planting done.
