You are feeling what everyone and around you is feeling.

You will all recognize it.

You lose sleep, many lose sleep.

You think numbers, the others too.

You worry, they feel it.

This will be learned and known by the survivors en mass.

It is 4 am in the morning and I cant sleep. I have been up since 2 am.

We have less than 24 hrs to lockdown. We have gone from 1 to 709 infections in 15 days. At this rate of increase we will have 1 000 000 infected in the next 30 days hence the lockdown. I fear that the lockdown will not be effective given the density op population and the levels of historic civil disobedience.

I guess what I am trying to say is that we are about to enter our darkest days. I don't know where the end of this nightmare is but I do know that we are at the beginning. I don't know if I will see the end of this but I do wonder what the end would look like. 2020 will forever be remembered as the year the world as we know it forever changed.

You're right to be afraid, but it's for different reasons. This is a big-time power play being made by invisible powers (in this sense, Trump was right in that the enemy is indeed invisible).

This crisis is going to last for all of 2020 and it is going to fundamentally change our society. It already has, but it's just beginning. Indeed, nothing will ever but he same again.

We're at the beginning of the nightmare not the end. Trump is pushing back agains the power grab and the deep state, but he's fighting an uphill battle. A digital dollar, an international ID system that tracks you, and a suite of mandatory vaccines are in the near future.

Want a taste of what is coming? Read this article, from a globalist who is leading the charge:

Or better yet, look at this video, just watch the portion that starts at minute 36:30. It shows what is happening in China right now.

Yes, be afraid, but not of the virus, be afraid of how they're about to take over our society forever.

South Africa is not tropical. They can have cold winters. OP is in far more danger from demographics than from infection.
 Quoting: MarPep

It wouldn't matter anyway. It's exploding here in South America now. In Panama, Ecuador, here in Colombia, the numbers are starting to double every 3 to 6 days. The warmer weather may dent it (for sure it's going to slam us hard in November), but not destroy it.

the thing to keep in mind is, flatten the curve of infection, within your own body.

the same principle applies, to your own immune system.

if you can flatten the curve, and rate of infection, then you will not hit the cytokine storm that make it go critical.

this is no doubt basically all the anti malaria drug does, it interrupts the viral reproduction rate and allows the immune system to catch up

All of our ancestors survived horrible shit or none of us would be here right now. And they did it without running water, electricity, heat/air conditioning, plumbing, refrigerators, let alone TV’s, cell phones, computers. Suck it up people!!! We can only pray that things won’t be the same after this. I am sick of all the materialism, selfishness, violence and evil. I can only hope people will appreciate each other more and be grateful for each day they are given.

We all have family spread across the nation we must worry about, especially when they and friends work in the medical field. It will impact all of us eventually in some way. Stay safe, shelter in place, don't go out for silly things like curiosity. Better to be safe than sorry.
