I honestly think eventually Italy and USA will also tell people 'Every man for himself'. At the end of the day, you can't tell people to starve at home. Society must function even if there is high risk. Right now they telling people to stay home because politicians don't want to be responsible for deaths. But eventually, the result is the same.
