I haven't taken so many supplements since the early 70's when I was 18 and really didn't need to. The wife and I lay outside for about 45 minutes daily. It's been clear and sunny here in the 70's. We should be good in the Vit D department. My reoccurring prostate cancer is being held at bay with Lupron for the time being but it does cause fatigue by 3pm and the occasional hot flash.
