According to the bill, it will be deposited via the direct deposit you have set up with the IRS. I don't get refunds thus have nothing set up.

Besides, cashing the check will put me over my income limit with social security so even if I get a physical check, I won't cash it.

Don't get me started on the supposed exta 600 bucks in unemployment money, which would put me WAY over my limit.

I haven't thought about spending anything, I hope to add it to what little savings I have, for a long-distance move.

I'm trapped in a 395 sq ft studio apartment with the rent spiraling up every year. It's going up to $805.00 this summer but I really can't think of bailing and moving long distance until I have social security coming in in a few short years. Gonna save what I can in the meantime and do my best to get a business going on the side. I'm too old to quit my good job. No one would hire me.

We don't get one, seems we make slightly to much.

Good thing we are frugal and get to burn our own resources for the deration of the crisis.

It sounds like those "Checks" won't be arriving until May sometime.

This entire fiasco is the result of the Democrats and Republican having evil thoughts and making sick promises to their wealthy friends. Sure banks will loan money to the businesses until they receive their Federal titfull and politicians wet their beaks. Meantime the rest of us get a small taste and maybe some short term forbearance on our mortgages, credit cards and student loans.

based on what I read, my family of 4 will be seeing $3400.
