Put a stay on Income Tax...help the economy

I see two problems with your "solution:"

First of all, LOTS of folks are not working right now.....so no income tax coming out of paychecks....

Well, the second thing I was going to say actually has nothing to do with your comments....it's the fact that apparently this "stimulus" only POSTPONES your taxes!!!

You will STILL OWE THEM (I assume they mean on the $1200 they're giving us) at a later time. Similar to a thing an earlier POTUS did (can't remember who), but when we got checks for - can't remember for what - then when you filed taxes the next year, they called that INCOME and you had to pay TAXES on it!!

For many of us, a big property tax payment is due in about 2 weeks. The deadline for that has not been extended.

Absolutely, and while they are at it, LOWER THE CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATES NOW, Those thieves.....

It's basically the u.s government defaulting on existing debt with new debt.

Inflation will hit fast this time around.you will see it by summer.

Corporation will fold under the weight of the real economy crashing.
