Why are they corralling people into certain stores, only during certain times of the day during a pandemic?

no one else find this strange?

wouldn't this exacerbate the spreading of the virus and ensure everyone has been exposed to it?

with curfews and business closures during certain hours, they are forcing everyone to ONLY go to the same locations such as grocery stores during specific times of the day.

how is this any better than having people traveling around as normal?

seems like it would make the problem 10 times worse as people who don't normally go to certain places will be all forced into the same few buildings.
