Something along the lines of, "On the county issue. On the matter of low risk, medium risk and high risk counties, but, there are no domestic travel restrictions. What is to prevent somebody from a high risk county going to a low risk county. Don't you risk creating a patch work system, allowing more cases to slip through the cracks and the virus to spread to other areas of the country?"

It doesn't take a genius to figure out what the fucker was REALLY saying!
