USS Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier pulls into Guam with 23 sailors testing positive for COVID-19

24 sailors on the USS Theodore Roosevelt aircraft carrier test positive for COVID-19. No US Navy Guam personal are able to enter the pier side. All sailors are being tested if they present with signs or symptoms and as well as close contacts for positive cases. Sailors on the carrier allowed to deboard pier side only. US Naval Hospital evaluates positive cases and most of the mild cases are quarantined at designated Resort Hotels on Guam which are curently empty of tourist. They are not counted as part of the current COVID-19 cases that we have on Guam.

Currently Guam has 45 cases with 1 COVID-19 related death.
