No limits on purchases here the largest TP factory in Canada is a few miles up from where I am staying and it felt 'good' out. Yes there were x's on the floor and it was the perfect weather for me (a misty rain, just a t-shirt and a hoodie weather), we were the only one's in there so that was no issue and cash was being accepted.
