They would be refusing medical supplies to the essential workers most likely to have multiple exposures and shed to others. Janitors, pharmacists and on and on up the chains to the doctors themselves. Even the ones who should have unlimited access - the most essential are still limited. Guess what isn't limited? The ammount of coal I see being shipped to the big city where they are going to need a lot of energy to run those incinerators 24\7. All aboard you fucking idiot.

They would be redirecting supplies of major businesses deemed essential for controlled distribution while blaming empty shelves on unnecessary hoarding and panic buying. Reports would be made of on hand, in warehouse, and in transit inventory.
