Mega Breaking Louisiana Having Super Bad OUTBREAK !!! I Heard Warm Weather.. ?

We did have a chilly winter. Not what anyone anywhere would see as cold but not the 80s and 90s we see in spring, summer, fall. We've had a few weeks of higher temps but I'm not sure how long we need sustained hot temps to slow the spread. We had another cool front last night, so its 71° today.
