Maybe bold instead of caps? You are right though. I was all across Houston helping during hurricane Harvey. Pretty much everyone out had firearms in their vehicles. Not a ton of people carrying because it was just a pain to be gutting houses while carrying. With such a massive presence of arms within close reach it felt pretty safe just about everywhere.
