It doesn't take me too long to do stuffed shells probably because my mom makes it.

She told me I got to make my own dinner tonight so I stole the kitchen microwave and moved it to the basement. Gonna make me 2 boxes of gourmet meatball & mozzarella hot pockets bitchez.

I made chicken fettuccine alfredo. I used that Prego cream sauce.

crock pot
1 lb frozen beef
1 lb pinto beans
1 chopped onion
1 can rotel
fill with water
cook over night
salt and pepper in the morning

enjoy until its gone

Meatballs with garlic and ginger. In a hoisin, honey, and siracha sauce. Over jasmine rice.

Baked cod, crab cakes, pasta salad, tomato’s and sautéed zucchini and yellow squash with onions, added paprika and curry to taste. Fed it to the wife kids and poured a bourbon for me cause I’d rather pet the dog and drink. I’ll turn my piece of cod into a fish sandwich with jalapeños and cheese later tonight

Turkey Sandwich.

Hungarian chicken paprikas.

1/2 bag frozen chopped onions
Few heads of garlic, slice or leave whole
Brown in shortening of choice, EVOO, butter, or lard, until carmelized

Add paprika, 1-2 tablespoons

Add chicken and brown on each side. Whatever pieces you prefer, but chicken with bones and skin on make the most flavorful paprikas. Salt and pepper on both sides.

Cover chicken with chicken broth and/or water to stew. Cook for one hour, or until desired tenderness is reached.

When chicken is done, remove to platter. I like a sour cream gravy with this dish. 2 heaping tablespoons flour or corn starch. About 2-3 tablespoons sour cream. Mix well, and add liquid from pan until smooth enough to make a gravy. Can be thinned with water if too thick.

Serve with dumplings or rice. ~Enjoy!

I think I've gained 10 pounds since I got laid off 2 weeks ago

I have become quite a chef lately due to boredom and also shortage of normally eaten food. My husband is super happy about it. Tonight I made Chicken Shwarma Fatteh, last night NY Strip steaks which sautéed onions and tomatoes. And the night before whole fish with a bunch of stuff.
