If you want to go out, and not be tracked, just leave the phone in the place you normally leave it at home. It won't kill us to be apart from our phone to go out for a couple hours or 15 minutes.

You're not even close to invisible without your phone. As a matter of fact depending on where you are, in a mid size or larger city for example, (the only places where anyone even pretends to care about lockdowns) you not carrying a phone will make you a million times MORE VISIBLE.

Almost every intersection with traffic lights have cameras.
Those video feeds are stored long enough for someone to go back and check for your car driving through the intersection.
Most public transportation has cameras.

So, leave your phone at home.

I've been noticing commercial truckers lately have been running GPS jammers.
