people say to me --> but weed makes me cough, how can that be good.
I tell them weed doesnt make you cough.
there is two types of coughing that happens.
one is a deep nasty cough where you can feel all kinds of garbage moving around (or coming out) and if this is what is happening it means your body and lungs have poison or bacteria in them and the weed is working to clean them out. as long as you keep coughing like that it means you still have garbage in you that needs to come out. so keep smoking more weed.
the other kind of cough that happens from weed is a dry type cough. it doesnt come from your chest at all but more from your throat. and nothing moves or comes out. that just means you inhaled to much smoke. so next time dont inhale as much.

once all the poison and garbage is out of your lung and body then weed wont make you cough anymore at all. (just remember not to inhale so much at once so you dont get that dry cough from your throat)

if you read the article it says weed doesnt let bacteria form in bunches together in your lungs which cause blockage & lung problems. smoking weed breaks all that up & forces you to cough it out (like an antibiotic)
