"A Czech news site on Monday (March 23) revealed that 80 percent of the much-touted traunch of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) rapid test kits "donated" from China are faulty, forcing healthcare workers to rely on conventional laboratory tests.

On March 18, as is the case with many of its other quasi charitable acts, Chinese state-run mouthpieces used the verbs "supplied" and "delivered" to give the impression that the communist regime was donating 150,000 portable, rapid COVID-19 test kits to the Czech Republic. In fact, the central European nation's Health Ministry paid some 14 million crowns (US$546,000) for 100,000 test kits, while the country's Interior Ministry footed the bill for another 50,000, reported Expats.cz.

However, Czech news site iROZHLAS on Monday revealed that local healthcare workers have discovered that up to 80 percent of the Chinese kits give false results. "

After failing to perform lockdown on their outbound immigrants/travelers and warn the World about the dangerous characteristics of this virus in order to protect the "China" brand, they should at least try to make up for it by keeping a close eye on the companies selling virus-fighting related stuff but not even that they do.

"Coronavirus: Netherlands recalls 'defective' masks bought from China
Hundreds of thousands of masks sent to Dutch hospitals have been recalled after tests showed they failed to protect the face or had defective filters. The Netherlands recently bought 1.3 million masks from China.

The Dutch government has ordered a recall of around 600,000 masks out of a shipment of 1.3 million from China after they failed to meet quality standards.

The defective masks had already been distributed to several hospitals currently battling the COVID-19 outbreak, news agency AFP and Dutch media reported. The Dutch Health Ministry has kept the rest of the shipment on hold.

An inspection revealed that the FFP2 masks did not protect the face properly or had defective filter membranes. The fine filters stop the virus from entering the mouth or nose. The masks failed more than one inspection.

"A second test also revealed that the masks did not meet the quality norms. Now it has been decided not to use any of this shipment,"

Our government let itself be scammed again with these poor quality goods, meanwhile legit companies that are offering good quality masks and equipment fall on deaf ears...

The very very first thing we need is to protect the doctors that are diagnosing.

That means quality PPE and face masks.

Very first thing we have to know. Is this virus aerosolized or how long is it in the air. Is it also in the water.

How big is it? What type of mask is effective for its size?

Should doctors be wearing haz mat suits and not just dust masks?

In order to save our medical personnel and military we have to know the size of this virus. Could it be that the surgical masks personnel are wearing are ineffective? This is of the utmost importance and I have not seen this info anywhere.

Secondlly we have to be able to accurately detect COVID. False negatives of positives will slow us down. If it is true that people can be asymptomsyic carriers then we will have to be on complete lockdown unfortunately.

I think medical personnel have faulty masks and are being exposed over and over and that is why they are dying.

Bottom line. How big is this virus and what is effective in stopping it as far as medical personnel goes.

What better way to win a war without firing a shot by sacrificing your own population first so no one thinks you're doing anything nefarious. Then, spread it all over the world, close up your own country to foreigners, and send out cheap non-functioning shit, all the while produce the highest-quality medical supplies for yourself.

They knew we had the nukes, operators, planes, ships, the best in the world and stationed all over the world. A virus, the invisible enemy, would negate all of that in an instant. We fucked ourselves. Enjoyed decades of cheap consumer goods and ignored the probability that outsourcing supply chains would be a national security risk. Now we're getting car companies to build ventilators, fashion companies sewing masks, and other companies making stuff they never had to do, while China can mass produce more than they need. President Trump was right, we need to return to manufacturing. Everyone only thought about technology, and that manufacturing was so 20th century. We closed thousands of plants, and America has been brought to it's knees, it's back against the wall, in a race to save American lives without the tools to fight.

We're all been drilled that the USA is the best country in the world, but every country tells their citizens that they're the best. The virus has exposed every crack in all of our systems. Would it take a pandemic for government to change? Would it take a pandemic for corporations to value America and Americans over profit and greed? Or will things go back to how it was? 9/11 brought our country together, but this pandemic has not only brought us all together, it is also separating us at the seams. Unfortunately, we will have a long time to see what happens.

True words. Regardless of political affiliation now is time to band together for the common good.

Those "Friends of China" in our government, industry, political parties and communities will thus be revealed also, should we band together.
