Grocery stores prioritizing profit over worker safety

My sister works in a grocery store and the company wasn't allowing employees to wear gloves or masks because it "looks unprofessional." They now can wear gloves, but they have to provide their own. Which is basically impossible since panic buying retards keep buying them. They're also making the employees work 12 hours shifts multiple days in a row. The workers have talked about doing a walkout, but they know they'd simply be fired and easily replaced by the hordes of people looking for a job.
