At 60 I'm not either but I also refuse to give in AND I'll go with The Donald and say it's gonna get better. Sure...he thinks it's gonna be better a lot sooner than me...BUT I still believe. I WANT to believe. We as a whole have really become pussified to a large degree. Sure there are always the "tough" guys that say nothin fazes them...but really in the so called civilized world..."we've" had it made for a while And really for the most part know nothin of really hard times.

My parents were mid-westerner children born in the mid twenties and were children during the depression AND THEN teenagers during WWII. Can you imagine teenagers over the last couple of generations goin through that? Parents are sufferin now with most of them stuck at home with their whiny kids AND this is really nothin comparatively. Even worse were the harsh realities of many Euro countries during that time. Can we really even imagine goin through that and tryin to put on a brave face that it was gonna get better for the future?

I'm sure many thought it was the end...BUT most of them pulled through AND made it a better time then AND for the future. Go ahead any and/or everyone and beat me about the head and back...BUT I'm not gonna change my mind. We can get through this and come out smellin better on the other side. It only takes a few to do it AND those naysayers will also enjoy the fruits of better times even though they contributed to much of the negativity others had to wade through along the way.
