What is even more surprising is that he is also the person in charge of the clinical development of the magic drug "Radexivir". Is this the kind of legend, people who poison will prepare antidote in advance?

Dr Bing Liu, former Research Assistant Professor of Computational & Systems Biology Department University of Pittsburgh, was recently killed.

As reported by the media, Bing Liu was on the brink of “very significant findings” with his Coronavirus research before his death.

Bing was in touch with certain colleagues that were working on the paper below (note: there was another Bing Liu working on the paper too, but it’s a different person).

Researchers on the above paper compared the Coronavirus genome sequences with other viruses, including Ebola.

Via a source from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, I have been told this.

* Dr Bing Liu was researching links between Ebola and Coronavirus;
* Liu believed he found Ebola inserts in Coronavirus genome;
* Liu believed the Ebola inserts may contribute to Coronavirus targeting ethnic groups;
* Liu would of eventually went public with his research.

However, Liu was murdered on the 2 May 2020.

The Rockefeller Foundation has presented the “National Covid-19 Testing Action Plan”, indicating the “pragmatic steps to reopen our workplaces and our communities”. However, it is not simply a matter of health measures as it appears from the title.

The Plan – that some of the most prestigious universities have contributed to (Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins and others) – prefigures a real hierarchical and militarized social model.

At the top, the “Pandemic Testing Board (PTB), akin to the War Production Board that the United States created in World War II“. This Supreme Council would have the power to decide productions and services with an authority similar to that conferred to the President of the United States in wartime by the Defense Production Act.

The plan calls for 3 million US citizens to be Covid-19 tested weekly, and the number should be raised to 30 million per week within six months. The goal is to achieve the ability to Covid-19 test 30 million people a day, which is to be realized within a year.

We are at war. There has been an exchange of multiple “long-latency” next generation bioweapons. This is why you are seeing things unfold as they are. Someone else shared some of this information here and it inspired me to contact someone "in the loop."

The long-latency scenario is perhaps the most interesting because for the first time in human history, biological warfare will be possible where the biological agent can be delivered long in advance of a planned attack and can be triggered at the time of attack. The term "stealth virus" has been used to describe such an attack,but it is possible that nonviral vectors could be designed for this type of attack as well. In the case of an engineered virus, a population maybe silently transfected, probably with a retrovirus, that leads to incorporation of an inducible transgene or a transgene-productng prodrug-converting enzyme into the genome of the host.

Later, the population at risk would be exposed to an inducer or a prodrug, which produces the impairing effects required by the scenario.The long-latency sce- nario is much more complex than the short-latency approach, because with the existing technology, it would require that the population at risk be "exposed" twice: once to the vector and later to the inducer or prodrug.

Genetically engineered pathogens constitute the “next generation” of biological warfare agents. Evidence indicates that the Russians have genetically engineered biological warfare agents. Ken Alibek’s original debriefings were so shocking that some military and intelligence personnel preferred to believe that he was exaggerating. As his statements about genetic engineering and FSU capabilities began to be substantiated, however, the reality began to sink in. Such genetic innovations obviously enhance adversarial offensive biological warfare effectiveness and complicate our defensive capability.

Because we cannot know with certainty the specifics of these agents (lethality, communicability, and antibiotic resistance), it is imperative that we prepare for the unexpected. Although biologically engineered weapons may currently be less of a concern than their naturally occurring counterparts, the threat they pose can only increase as technology develops.134 We are only in the initial stages of a revolution in biotechnology.135 Historically, the available state-of-the-art biotechnology has been used in offensive BW programs (i.e., FSU applied the technology of the 1970s and ‘80s). Biotechnology is the ultimate double- edged sword.

Once knowledge is attained, there is no going back. As is the case with most powerful technologies, they can be employed for good or evil. We must proceed with caution when developing new life-forms.

The same technology that is used to benefit mankind may paradoxically pose a threat to our military forces and civilian populations either by accident or by sinister forces. It is likewise possible to genetically engineer pathogens for biological warfare purposes. It seems likely that such weapons will be used in our lifetimes. Inevitably, sometime, somewhere, someone seems bound to try something with genetically engineered pathogens.139 If they are ever released, they will pose an ominous challenge for medical care and governmental response.
