Ahhh hell....someone(s) fixin' to be extracted from their bolt hole.

That clip made me instantly thing of Fort Bragg's lil' exercise not long ago, maybe 2 yrs, when old abandoned Holiday Inn right outside major beltway intersection in Raleigh was the night staging ground for boys (maybe a few gals, dunno') swoop in on the black 'copters, rappel down, lots of flood lights sweeping the n'hood behind hotel, lots of flash bangs, etc.

People poured out of their houses (like 1am, I think) and thought it was Red Dawn time. I know few of 'em and they came out locked-n-loaded (despite Raleigh being a very lib city).

Caused quite a stir, indeed. I still believe it was a cover to extract a high level gang banger (maybe MS13).
