The season is Spring, Particularly the month of ZIF (may/June)

Both temples' foundations were laid in Zif.

What Year?
The only pin pointed time is the middle of the week of Daniel which is 3.5 years after the calling away. This year can be identified by the astonomical events that take place (rev, 6:12 through the end) Solar Eclipse April 8th, 2024, Blood Moon October 17, 2024; Stars fall from heaven (Draco: Rev. 12) starting in October 2024 with its head touching the earth in January 2025.

But this event is complete on 12/24/2024 (ironically 24th day of the 9th month spoken in Haggai ch. 2 only year where those dates match.)
Subtract 3.5 years from that date and you get Zif 2021.
