Senator Toomey urging Pennsylvanians to wear a mask when leaving the house

Article in my local newspaper this morning. He is urging people to wear a facial cover or homemade mask, but to save the N-95 masks for healthcare workers. Finally someone speaks the truth after we've all been told that masks weren't necessary for the general public.He is supporting something called the Masks4All movement.
