That's strange. Well, a high-rise for older people probably isn't sanitary any more than a nursing home would be. They have to use the elevators - how long does the virus stay in the elevators and hallway for them to breathe in? They probably have little food, and are at high risk going out to the market. My guess is they are moving them to some facility where they can better feed them and make sure they are safe. Still, you would think it would be on the news!
