It started in New York and has expanded across the United States happening every day.

This is happening as you read this (if there is daylight outside)

These plans are doing Aerial surveillance and filming in both 3D and regular HD images.

A very coordinated effort has been under way to not only film your towns and cities but also ALL NATIONAL and STATE PARKS!
Everywhere – that people would go to flee the unreal restrictions, and Martial Law breaking out in there towns and Cities

WHY WOULD THIS BE HAPPENING?

Theory: To allow for the National Guard and the US Military to have a Hi-Def (3D) representation of the towns and cities that are projected to have OR are currently having; outbreaks.
This information would allow for advanced situational awareness to enforce quarantine and lockdowns.

It is also possible that these aircraft are carrying “Dirt Boxes”.
